i know, and as adsense bases its ads on the content, then it will change...yes.

give it upto 24 hours to change aswell, i had french ads on my site for ages and it wasn't even french...i think they just picked out a spelling error.

I had my pages translated from English to Spanish and Spanish language AdSense ads were shown on those pages as soon as the pages were published.

I don't know if it would help because I didn't do anything besides publish the pages. They are attached to an old (1999) site and the target audience is Spanish speakers in the USA. Looking at my stats I see Spanish language search terms coming from Google.com, Google Spain, and Google Venezuela. I also see english terms in the searches from those countries. I even see one Spanish search from Google France :)

Thanks for asking the question. I would not have realized how many interesting search variations there were without looking more closely. There are lots of mixed language searches where the terms are a "Spanglish". The searches from India are all in english :)
