I had my debit card from Payoneer (from their affiliate oDesk) when I open my Payoneer account I find the possibility of the loading of my card from anyone by card number or by mail and from western union. when I try to load my card from another credit card, the Payoneer security service rejects loading and sent me this card can be loaded only from our affiliate oDesk. So It's really, i can't load my card from other person who is not a member of payoneer affiliate? I really want to charge my card to use it. Is there another way to load payoneer card? Or someone is already a member of oDesk who has a verified credit card sends me $20 and I send $30 or more on his paypal account if anyone is interested can pm me and Negotiate. Thanks

Thanks Tomer Now, I work well with odesk and my card work perfectly after my loads from my odesk account, really is a good pleasure to be a payoneer card holder. Now I try to get an us virtual bank account to withdraw from paypal to my payoneer card, I work hard and i hope get one. You need atleast one transfer from payoneer partner (affiliate oDesk in your case) then you will be able to receive private loads.. As per my agreement with payoneer i can charge payee to issue the cards as i am not earning any commission from them, so please check it and post here if i am right or wrong. for God sake don't waste my efforts to get payees, as you know your agreement with each partner differ from each another.
You were approved as a PARTNER, but you are not authorized to sell payments in any way. The problem was the cost of transferring funds to the card, and these are not people who work for you. So - you are selling cards. Either way, I cannot continue this on public forums. Feel free to take this up with your account manager if you'd like.
