    There are eligibility requirements requirements for having a blog feed. I was thinking you had to have fifty posts. Permissions for a blog feed are set automatically through a cron job. If you have listed your feed in your profile that is all you can do until the cron job runs. Not all blog feeds are supported.

    Since you are awaiting email activation, that issue must be resolved before anything else. Why would you have changed your email, and tried to activate your blog feed at the same time? Did you just purchase this account?
