About link penalties?

    hello everyone,

    i have a problem with a link, anyone can help me with this,
    i put a link in a website, the link having same color with the background, is it okey to use that, or having a penalties with the google?

    coz i read a invisible link: using the word in "hidden" having a penalties in google right?

    Hello,

    In the Google's official site, hidden links are "to be perceived as untrustworthy" and "are intended to be crawled by Googlebot".

    Concerning the color scheme, you can use links very similar to the color, not to be seen by the Googlebot and also hidden from the human eyes.

    In general, you have to be really and positively sure that those "hidden" links will really help you in order to go over the thin line.
