about link exchange.

    I want to know that if want to exchange link then we should add which type of title.I want to ask that we should use keywords in title.

    yes you should use keywords in your title and also in description so the links is going to be more weighty!

    yes the more backlinks you are able to generate with proper keywords, the better would be your ranking in google for those keywords...

    Use KWs in your title tag, headings, and in your text. You might want to even make your KWs in bold font as well when in the body of the text.

    You should always go for ONE WAY links and not link exchange

    Link exchange is clear indication of trading with each other to point link each other

    Whereas ONE WAY link is only one site pointing to other so its ONE WAY
