about lifting limitation on my paypal account

Hi, i got my account limited for a week now and finally found someone who will help me provide proof of the country i registered from. my question is :

providing a driving license and editing my address on the paypal account to the address on the driving license will do the trick and get my palpal account back or do i have to provide a credit card as well

 

What do your resolution centre asked you for ?
If its a address proof and confirming bank a/c then they for sure ask you to give a bank a/c statement.
And if they have asked for a cc and address prøof they will most probably confirm your cc name and country the cc belongs {that should be the country you registered from},Probably ask you for your CC statement on with the same address you have on paypal to match.
And yes you can change details of address to match your utility bill/PAN card or the license you give but here you must keep in mind they ask you a address proof not older than 6 months.

 

this is a screen shot from my paypal limited account, i believe they want my credit card as well which i don't have, will the address proof work or if i make a virtual credit card, will that work as well

 

tell someone in the USA to buy u a visa gift card, go to the cards website and put a US address in it, add it to paypal.....

done....CC + confirmed CC address

IF you need a virtual credit card i can definitely help wit dat, u confirm ur address by linking and confirming your virtual credit card, so really all you need is a virtual credit card.

 

^^^ Yup, he will need a valid address proof otherwise PayPal is not going to resolve limitations.
And you registered from a country where PayPal is not supported?

Yup it may be a big mess even after adding Vcc b'coz if paypal asked for CC monthly statement they will also confirm address from that statement . As they have did when my a/c was limited.

 

well i managed to have a driving license from an indian guy, i don't know how real the driving license. so if i send paypal a scanned photo of that driving license plus a virtual credit account would they remove the limitation ?

 

Try it , I suppose you have only this option left for you .

 

Its depend on the copy of the license.
If PP don't find and foul play with the license then its ok.
VCC will only help when you not yet add any CC/VCC before to the PP account.
