    You do not have to buy a script if you know how to code your own websites.
    As for the high PPC costs, try improving your quality score (Read: http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=21388)

    Basically the more popular your ad is the better position and ppc price you will get. So the more click throughts you get will help improve both of these

    After choosing the perfect keyword for advertisement,
    i.e. SEO Services than you should use particular page on your website which is having details regarding SEO services.
    You should not use your home page on that link,
    If you are placing your website home page link than it wont give you any more production for your website as well as your Business.
