About keywords

    Hello Friend,

    If we start seo for a new site then we should take long tail keywords or short , please friend suggest me.

    Select long tail keywords for new domain. If search volume for short tail keyword is less and you have selected those keywords then that also fine.

    Depends on how quickly are you looking for the results and the competition...
    if you are looking for shortterm quick results then go for long tail, if you don't mind investing time and want to target more amount of traffic then go for short tail!

    It doesn't take much time to rank for long tail keywords if your site has 'exact domain'. I target some long-tails and keep a 'HUGE' keyword in mind all the time.

    Agree with the above - start with long-tail and once positioned you can start trying to rank for shorter versions of that long-tail, eventually even down to a one-word keyword. Can be really effective if you do it right.

    Yeah as above many member's said that targeting long tail keyword is good idea .. yeah it's good for newest blog or site but before you go ahead just research on G adword keyword tool about your long tail keyword.. that's it.
