We need more details. The keyword, the url, any seo work (on page, off page) undertaken. Any stats (google analytics) to back up the claim of lost rankings....etc

maybe your competitors are also working at building links. Your site as not enough links to stick at the top.
You are just about to get the results on ranking where your site really has to be. It is a normal thing the new sites ranked higher on the SERP but goes back afterward. I've seen lots of cases like this.

Your websites source code is showing that the first 2/3 is comprised of mainly <option> tags and links before getting to any meaningful content. I would also review your meta description tag. Create a real sentence in the meta description to encourage viewers to click. You are also using image of text. And also like everyone has mentioned, it's extemely competitive. It's finance. Chances are your competition has already spent a great deal of resources on building backlinks. You just need to feed of their findings =)
first you suggest more related keyword about your website, use google adward for keyword suggestion and after then do offpage optimizatiion for increaisng keyword ranking.

You should grab some quality links from relevant sites. Please optimize your site too. I have seen that your home page title begins with "main" which is unnecessary and have no great user experience. You should use your main keyword in the starting of title.
If I were you I would check all the sites that appear in front of you and see what they have that you do not and try to get better than them, they must be beating you because they are getting better quality backlinks. Hope it helps.
