About Keyword Density

    Keyword density:

    I advise the following

    Use keyword once in the title(DO NOT use two title tags)

    Once in description tag

    Once in the heading(H1),but only one H1 tag,is a blacklash if
    more that H1 tag is used

    Once in the URL(as the Filename,not necessarily the domain)
    Use in bold

    Overall density should be some where between 1-5 % varies by industry

    DO NOT go after misspellings anymore, as with auto correct,the click
    throughs have dropped significantly
