    Hi all,

I have a couple of questions here...

Today I tried to join the ebay affiliate program but I got a message that "Your application has beed declined".

Why is this happening? Is there anyone here with same experience?

I am not a US resident. Is that the reason? I have sent an email to ebay about it from the http://affiliates.ebay.com page.

Are two CJ account allowed, so that I can apply from second account.

    Thanks in advance....

Ebay Canada declined my application - I'm guessing it's because I'm not from the US or Canada. No probs with any other eBay country though.
    What country are you from?

Everytime I've been declined by a CJ advertiser (and found a reason why) it's either been because I'm from the 'wrong' country (in my case Australia), or because I didn't have a privacy policy.

    hi,

Thanks for replying. I am from India. Yes I have been declined from other advertisers too. So far I applied for 5 dvertisers and only 2 accepted me.

Is there anyone here from India and have joined the ebay.com affiliate program through CJ.com

Why not apply to eBay.in and target Indians?

That's right, if I don't get approved from ebay.com that is an alternative I will have to work with. But potentially there is a big difference in promoting .com and .in products as far as number of auctions are concerned.

At any given tiem the .com marketplace is flooding with hundreds of products as againts .in marketplace with a few products.

But still a good suggestion, not to be ignored.
