    Wait for some time.

Search engines will crawl in one or two weeks (at least Google will crawl your site in that time). Normally what happen is, google and other search engines gets copy of your pages (which is termed as 'cache') but starts displaying after many days. So, at this moment Google and others may have cache of your page but are not displaying.

You can check in google webmaster tools to see if there are any crawl errors and correct them. But most probably you have nothing to worry about. it will just take a bit of time for google to index all your pages

Continue to build links to both the home page and to the internal pages. As your site becomes more important to Google, more pages will be listed and cached.

I suggest you double check your tags. Make sure it has no attributes that would stop the bots from crawling the inner pages. If nothing's wrong, just be patient and wait. They'll be crawled eventually.

Have a good internal link structure, submit a sitemap to google (only necessary for big websites) and get links for the internal pages.

The sitemap should do it, But you have to wait the Google update :| witch is going to take some time... I suggest to build as much as possible until the next update, and make your update daily ;)

Since it hasn't been stated yet, I'll state the obvious: Make sure your interior pages have unique content on them. if they are duplicate from some other website that is already indexed you won't get any credit for them.

For fast indexing of internal pages, try using the sitemap files.

If you haven't signed up for google webmaster tools you should do so. It helps with finding any duplicate content, short meta tags, shows you the top keywords from all your pages, shows crawl errors.
I have found it extremely useful and once you have sorted any issues you will find that more of your pages will be indexed.
    Good luck
