About Googles Algorithm change question

    What is the purpose of RSS feeds and article resources with Googles Algorithm change launched?

    If our sites are no longer allowed to have articles posted that are posted else where online without our sites facing penalties, then what is the point of RSS Feeds and sites like ezine.com and such other sites?

    In my opinion, SE's can not sort out that problem completely since there is no difference for the end user whether the content is original or not.

    end user don't know about content original or not, but Google know about this its sort.

    I am reading all over the net where peoples web sites that have had a lot of traffic and high PR have dropped to ZERO - even with original content. It seems this "dance" is taking out the good with the bad :(
