As a result one of my site has disappeared from the SERP and some have lose their page rank is well. can anybody tell me how can I get my site back ? and also want to know what thing google want from us now to get higher position in SERP. Thanks
To find out if in fact you have been banned perform the following search in google "site:yoursite.com" If nothing appears your site has been banned. To try and rescue your site signup for a google webmasters account, and use the request reinclusion form to explain what you've done and ask to be reincluded. - If you have not been banned you may have just been pushed down by competitors, if so, build more quality targeted backlinks. - If you have not been banned you may have been punished by a - 30, -350 or a -950, the only way to know is if you've been monitoring your rank on a semi daily basis. In such a case you will still have to build quality targeted backlinks but you will be fighting against a bad history.
What's you url? Google is jumping on sites that are getting links to fast. A new site that gets more than 50 links will get a penalty-30. If you are doing recriprocal linking and it is thru a link exchange, you may get a penalty-90.
You keep saying this but more than 80% of the time a penalized site will still show results from the "site:" advanced search operator. I've proven this time and time again with clients coming to me that have\had penalties for selling\buying text links, cloaking, using doorway pages, inter-linking, etc.
@ssandecki : I said "banned" not penalised. A penalised site will still show up a banned site will not.
Don't worry ssandecki - I don't often say what I do not know, I try to avoid being like many DP members who regurgitate information without reference or knowing.
Do a google search on "google june 4th traffic drop" and you'll see some theories. None of my sites have been affected so I'm not following this too closely, but what I've been reading is that it appears to be a form of a duplicate content filter. It appears that review sites, article sites, mash up sites, etc. are the ones most affected. For example, if you have a site that has been ranking for years with a lot of products that other sites have and also have reviews and other unique content (which is why you were ranking) now trips a duplicate content or a penalty filter.
May be reading this and this can help you (disc-my own blog posts) If you have a new sites and you are following G guidelines, I think everything should come to normal. Try to get more links in the meantime.
