    This is called site links. Google chooses them and nobody can do anything about it.

    To get that: you need to have a proper link structure and some patience. google will do the rest.

    BTW: I love your mad photoshop skills :)

    Its automated as others already mentioned. Only thing you can do is move the main links at the top of the page; sometimes that work.

    Ohhhhhhh this is called site links........ You cant create a site link...... Google will provide a site link when your site is ready
