You need to wait for Google to do a PR update for you to see the change in the Google Toolbar. The PR is more than likely updated often, but that number isn't pushed through till Google does an update.

It's pretty much just as Slaypyo said - just have patience and the PR update will roll around eventually.

    Just as a side note,

You have a new website, and google distrusts new sites he needs to find out if you are a spammer, and one of the points he will look at is your meta tags, which I am sorry they are useless, BUT a bigger problem is you have stopped google from caching your pages, Google will think MMM CLOCKING.

Plus and this is not proved 100% though it does have merit you are in a sandbox, this in it self will not stop google ranking you website...

But you do have incomplete code in your robots file remove it...

    Hope this helps..

    All the best from Alan

The meta name description needs reworking a lot. Talk to me on msn if you want.

Page Rank is purely related to the number of links pointing at your website. Its not updated that often so if your site is new it will have PR0 until the next update.

Submit your site to directories and exchange links, your PR will then increase.

You will only be sandboxed if you are targeting competitive terms and even then it will not affect your PR.

Yea, I would work on the back links, just link but get quality links only. Maybe try to link with some of the top sites that are in you field or interest if they are not competing, but even competing if they are up for link exchange why not!

Secondly, sometimes Google just takes time to update, as long as your still can be found when typed into google then your doing fine. It's just bad news if you go to google and type in your site and it's no where to be found at all. Then that's not good, but still okay!
