is there a way to sort favs by name with one click like you can with IE7 instead of manually moving them

    thanks

Yes, write an autoit script, that pixel detects letters and alphabetizes your links for you! :)

(no, not right now, Google will probably add this in the next version.)

It is possible that Google Chrome stores its bookmarks in a flat file, or directory, try looking in here:

    Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\

I really like this thing but can't get it to import my Firefox Bookmarks:confused:. Sure can't spend days adding them. I rely so much on them I find myself jumping back to FF.

    Harkster,
Did you click on "yes" to import your bookmarks when you installed it? I've not heard of anyone having an issue with that. In any case, I think you still can from the toolbar at the top. I can't look because I'm not on Windows right now.

Found a solution to the issue. It required doing a regedit. A friend found it and guided me.

Chrome is a very fast, excellent browser but without the add-ons and features of Firefox or other major browsers. It is only in verssion 0.2 so there is much work to be done. However it is showing much value and will probably be among the best modern browsers (Firefox, Safari, Opera) when it reaches version 1.0.
