A GEO sitemap is also known as a KML sitemap, if you google this you will find how to build one, its really easy I've already done it. Once you have your KML sitemap you then then to create an xml sitemap and include your kml sitemap in there (it does have extra tags within the xml sitemap called GEO). Once you have both of these go to google webmaster tools and submit the xml sitemap - not the kml sitemap. Google will then see the KML sitemap through your xml sitemap and assign it GEO status and then hopefully will add you to Google Earth and Google Maps - I hope this helps I have just started a new post in the google section asking if anyone has had any experience with kml sitemaps, see - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1142060
