About filling out US tax section

I am a Canadian citizen, 18 years old. I don't really understand what to fill out in the "tax information" for Google Adsense. I use Hostgator, so does that I mean I check "yes" under "This includes employees involved in setting up, maintaining, marketing, and supporting your site, among other things."?
