www.seobook.com/ is a very popular and trusted place where you can read and view lotss of stuff about seo. I m not practising seo right now, but when I do, will consider buying a membership there. (basic mem. is free) If you want to learn about adsense, joel comm is a good teacher. Use google please. Otherwise, http://www.getfreeebooks.com/ is a good source for free books. The best selling ebooks on the internet are probably on clickbank, since they're technically the "most selling" ebooks on the net lol. If you want to find the "best" ebook, there's probably no such thing. Every ebook will teach you something different in a specific niche. If you're interested, you should try out the BlackhatGuide ebooks. They're comprised of many methods, scripts, and the membership site. Now that's the 'best' ebook lol. The best is when you get support for it, instead of just a one time read and do.
You may wish to consider an internet marketing membership site as they have many ebooks that you can download while you're a member. My own one has been running since 2005, and members can download all the books, videos, software added since that time. I would say, when you're reading/buying ebooks always look at the authors credentials. Lots of ebooks these days are written when the author does not really know that much more than the reader. Trying to learn SEO or IM from them is a little like asking your 12 year old niece to perform your brain surgery...
