Hi friend,.. I want your share. Is the statement below is true ? : 1. digg = nofollow 2. reddit = dofollow 3. propeller = dofollow
Wrong category for this but why dont you just visit those sites and check, its extremely easy. Why are so many threads in this forum started with friend, mates, dears these days?
What you say doesn't really matter. It's impossible to judge about effectiveness of social networking sites by the standards of directories. Social networks provide very high traffic, of course, if you know how to use them. There is no difference - nofolow or dofollow.
What really amazes me is the fact that people would ask stupid questions just to make thread starter without realizing that other users seeing them as a total morons. My favorites the one who're using SEO in their names and signatures fastreplies
Yeah the self proclaimed SEO's that offer "Professional Services" and ask how to promote their site. Add to that the endless list requests, the is yahoo directory worth it question, where can i get ___, gimme instant approval directories, ive got pr, how come im not making money with my directory, how long will it take me to get pr3, how much will i earn with pr4 directory, lol Starting the thread with hello dears, hi mates, lol And questions like "how do i be of taking directory web maximums pa improvement?" or something like that
Once again, you could have very easily just checked this yourself within a few minutes. Why come and post it in the wrong section on this board? lol
or Never read all posts in thread and post first that comes to their minds Claiming validity of do-follow as if that tag has been ever existed. Offering advises they just stole from some blog or forum. Asking how one can to submit site to DMOZ successfully. Using Google to translate SEO in English. and my favorite, are claiming that directories has been dead. fastreplies
You should learn to check for nofollow/dofollow yourself; there are plenty of threads in link development sections discussing that. BTW, all three sites you mentioned are actually dofollow.
even though it is in the wrong thread, but just with a good suggestion. you need to check yourself whether it is follow/nofollow with Nofollow addon firefox anyway, the 3 sites above are nofollow!
So is reddit but as stated before its not about the search engine robots crawling to your site but more or less about the traffic that these sites can bring to your site with the proper titles on your post. I personally feel that it doesn't matter if they are or are not, I just like the traffic it brings to my sites. a boost of 1k-10k people coming to my site is always helpful. How ever its harder to get traffic from these sites then people think.
@corvox Why the hell are you talking about traffic? OP is asking about no-follow which means he is interested in backlinks and not traffic. Why can't you just read what OP is asking about: fastreplies
Yes, i strongly agree with your because Questioner asked a simple question that which site no-follow or do-follow. He is not asking about traffic. Now I am answering the question:- Digg: no-follow Reddit: no-follow Propeller:- Do-follow
