It is not necessarily that they need to be an expert because they can learn. The biggest thing is that they provide courteous and prompt customer service to your clients when they have questions. You can of course hire someone with the experience you need for your business, but hiring someone who is willing to learn is sometimes preferrable because they are not prone to having bad habits that are already established from previous jobs.
