I witnessed that more and more websites don't use an ad publishing network like adsense. More and more web masters decide to stay independent by directly offering ads pace at their website. On the other hand, amazingly enough, i discovered there are many advertisers who look for independent websites. I have an idea to connect both ! I think we could agree on a common sentence that could be used by advertisers who look for ad spaces in search engines. Webmasters would simply add specific tags to their advertising page. The robots would crawl it and then potential advertisers would enter a part or the full sentence in the search engine to find publishers. We would use a Facebook page to give instructions for people to easily find independent advertisers in search engines. I would think about the following tags: Indadpub,Independent ad publishing initiative,(category of your website),(subcategory). Just to test it in google, i write down this tag indadpub,independent,ad,publishing,initiative,meta,discussion Reasons: First i used a name that does not exist in order to get only results for that particular name in search engine. Nevertheless, by the past, i have seen google "blocking" results for names that did't mean anything like sjvoejgshsfg. That's why i added "independent ad publisher initiative". the word indadpub will be good for search engines like bing.I used dots between the different terms because this is the closest form to a real sentence. I use "independent ad publisher initiative" because it is meaningful and it is possible to create a community in Facebook under that name or people to blog about it. What do you think about the idea and the tags?
as i expected google interpreted the word indadpub and changed it to indiepub not allowed to post link. go to google and type "indadpub" On the other hand bing is OK not allowed to post link. go to bing and type "indadpub" I am going to do a second test... I think it would be better to put the category and sub category close to indadpub like this indadpub,internet,discussion So for instance to tag digital point we would use something like indadpub,internet,webmastering
