Does CPC rate determined by your type of visitor, for example, if a visitor clicks on one of the ads but they did not come from a search engine, would that cause the CPC rate to be lower. Or id the visitor click on ad but quickly close it, would that affect CPC rate as well. Or if visitor is not targeted, came from different country not USA, would that result in lower CPC as well?

it depends on what the advertizers are willing to pay, also some talk about smartpricing.. Look for it on google if you want..
But the truth is that nobody works at adsense and nobody knows for sure anything.

Today advertisers can rate the budget per click by the source of the visitor. (If this click is from the search engine or from the media network)

As I think the cost per click is determined by the advertiser itself.

It really depends on what the advertiser is willing to pay!

It depends on the Advertiser on how much he/she rates on every click on their ads. Some would pay as low as 0.03c per click or even 0.01c per click but if you have nice website with unique contents or articles and good niche you should be able to get the high paying CPC(cost-per-click) ads, so that means you will be earning more on Adsense. Good luck.. :)
