hello guys.... sory if this thread is repost... i have been search untill page 9 but no kind this wallpaperr thread... topic : i have plan to build wallpaper site, and honestly i have some of wallpaper from cd of my friend and my friend got them from many source on internet wallpaper free site too.. as far as i know, all of the wallpaper don't have any watermark inside it...so what do you think ? it is free to publish with Google Adsense ? am i broke the copyright ? if it yes am i just broke the google TOS too ? are Google will ban me for that copyright reason ? sorry if this question sounds stupid i just want to make and collect them on my own site + add some ads from Google ok thanks Rgds
that really depends. if there is not copywrite listed on the wallpaper or the site where the wallpaper was downloaded form, then it could be ok. but i think you can get a better answer posting in the copywrite section
