Hey, I'm currently blogging on blogger. I absolutely love this wp theme (http://moargh.de/portfolio/downloads/wp-theme-balloons/) and want to convert it to blogger to use in my blog. I tried to convert it myself by going step by step here but it did not work well. I do not know xml or php coding. Can anyone help me with coding or convert it for free? Thank you in advance.
That's gonna be tough...try one of the free template sites they might have someone that will do it for you for free. for example deluxetemplates.net .
