It really depends on what you tell your subscribers when they sign up. Never!! send more often than you say you're going to in your sign up or terms. ColdwaterCreek.com sometimes sends two to three e-mails each week. Some of our subscribers get an e-mail each day [recipe site], some get one every 5 days [marketing site] and others just once each month. As a rule, once or twice a month is enough. Any longer and they forget about you, any sooner and they might think you are sending too much!
