    Hi,

Does anyone use CJ Web Services on a regular basis? How reliable is it? Is the data returned updated regularly, or is it stale and outdated?

The reason I ask these questions is that I'm debating whether I should fork over $200 for the data feed (which I presume to be reliable and updated regularly) or go with their web services since it's free.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dude-Dastic

In the past, I had significant problems with Web Services not returning the correct number of results (or giving me server errors). I haven't tried it in the last few months though. Some merchants have their data feed available for free directly through their site if you ask - it's a small set of merchants, but it never hurts to ask.

Web Services is better now after recent updates.
Most significant problem for CJ web service is, I think, is not real time sync data with main server. So.. sometime you will get old data, that sucks.

Anyway, web service is good. I like it, even I made InfoSmith Affiliate Network Web Services for free.
