I wanna know... if anyone have share there premium theme ( wordpress l) with anyone.. using the same license. Do they get caught
Well aside from the ethical point of doing so, some of themes have built in, coded tracking so they can see where the themes are being used. Why buy a premium theme when there are thousands of free themes, some better than most of the touted 'premium' themes anyway...
go with free themes(there are some good ones out). shares these days are also dangerous, for spamming, stuffing, and may even have a back door(use to not be that way). if you need premium themes, shop around. sometimes the're cheap.
There are hundreds of amazing free themes, but many of them are distributed for the sole purpose of generating backlinks in encrypted footers. If you do use a free theme, make sure it's clear from hacks. Otherwise themeforest.net have top notch developers submitting some astonishing designs with outstanding functionality for really cheap.
Its unlikely that you will get caught using a stolen premium WordPress theme, but you really don’t want to use a premium theme that has been shared on a warez site or the like for the reasons mentioned above. If you really want a premium WordPress theme, its much better to pay the money to get a legitimate copy and have access to all the support, updates and other benefits.
