    I'm sorry, you can't use the free Blogger to promote Clickbank products. You can set up a free blog and get some AdSense in there but if you are going to promote products, you need to get your own hosting and domain.

    I re-checked Blogger's TOS and they don't have anything on there that specifically states you cannot sell/promote products through the free Blogger so I take back what I initially said. You can promote Clickbank products through Blogger.

    If you do not have any idea how to set up a website, you can use Blogspot for a start but it is still much better if you have your own website. Having a website will give your client a good impression.
