i heard and read about if we comment in dofollow blog it will give our blog a good position in search engine and rank. and this will gives us to make comment to many blogs dofollow but remember don't do this for spam.

 

check out if you are commenting on dofollow blog then it would consider as backlink.just press ctrl+ u and find attribute like dofollow or nofollow.dofollow will worth your link.

 

You can also use the NoDofollow Firefox addon for the purpose of finding whether the links in the page are nofollow or dofollow.

 

The comment you had made in the blog and it is do follow then it will count as a good backlink required page rank needs to be good also
