About anchor text in article directory

    Hello, everyone. My name is Christina. I am a Russian lady, and a beginner of SEO .
    2 basic questions.
    1)I would like to post an article in 100 article directories with my website link.
    My questions are : if I use the same or different 2 anchor texts(=keyword) in one article with the same backlink, does Google ignore the second anchor text link?

    2)Or is it better to use 100 different kind of anchor text for each article ,but with same content text. If I use the same anchor text for 100 different article directories ,does Google give penalty?

    3) In one article directories two different kind of anchor text with backlinks:
    One link is for main page and the other link is for about us page?
    In this case, does Google consider both of two backlinks are valuable or do they ignore the 2nd backlink?

    If you use the same link with different anchor text or even the same anchor text only one will count so it is best to have two links. Both links can have the same anchor text though.

    I have never heard of having too many links with the same anchor text being an issue, if anything I have only heard of it as being a good thing unless you are creating these backlinks very fast. Your backlinks should never be created too fast though.

    The content being spread across directories will not affect anything either.

    So yes, two separate links with either the same anchor text or different spread across hundreds of directories is not an issue.

    If you really want to do it the slow way, then post in 100 directories ...

    If you want to do it the blackhat way, post with tokens in 10,000 directories. : )

    for us newbies, can you help elaborate on what you mean "post with tokens". What exactly does that mean. Looking forward to your reply.

    Unfortunately your answer for the first question is not so clear .What do you mean by “only one will count”. If I use the same link for 2 anchor texts ,just the first link will be counted? If I use 2 different links ,both will be counted? How about if I use 2 links ,one for main page and one for contact page?
