Ok I am making a site kind of like squidoo, but more features and such.

I know they do royalties where they share the income, does AMAZON automatically track the subdomain where sale comes from.

For instance: Squidoo.com/XXXX, does amazon's transaction report say: SALE FROM XXXX for $50?

    Thanks guys for help.

Also if it does do that kind of tracking, is there any other program that does similar tracking that I can add modules for?

the do not track the source
they provide to you different tracking IDs but you have to generate them from the associates panel and then use them

Anyway to do this automatically? I need a method so people can add modules and the sales get tracked. (If you have ever used squidoo, I am talking about way they do it).

    Thanks!

as far as i know, squidoo have a special arrangement with Amazon, otherwise revenue sharing is totally against the NORMAL Amazon rules.

There was a thread on Amazon USA forums about it, when it started, some where but i can not find it *sigh* ... maybe their search don't go back so far on their forums ??

Like most places they will be willing to set up a custom agreement IF you can send them enough traffic,
but it needs to be lots and lots of lots...
or as we say in the UK ... sh*t loads of traffic ;)

Yeah I'd suggest contacting Amazon directly. I've heard of them making special arrangements depending on your specific website (if it shows enough potential). Good luck!
