I think that if you have 20 posts, you were rejected for some other reason.

Dude if you are from India or any other South Asian country then you need to have at least 30 to 40 posts on your blog. Another thing that Google checks is the domain age and the traffic. Asian blogs and website need to be 6 months old in order to qualify for Adsense.

My advice to you would be start thinking about posting quality content on your blog. Develop your blog and build traffic . Once you have both apply for adsense. There is no point applying for adsense if you do not have much to offer to your blog reader. People will come to your site but if there is not much content on your blog then the only place they going to click on your blog is the exit button.

In order to make money from a blog, you first need to stop thinking about making money. That is the last part. The first part would be building a blog that can offer some value to the online community. The more you provide to the community , the more it will give back to you.

Remember Content is King and its always going to be. So if you want to make it big in the blogging field, start working on high quality content.

Check visits of your blog, for Google Ad Sense approval you must have more than 200 visits/month.

Nonsense! Please quote where in the google TOS or website quality guidelines it says this! Yet another b*llsh*t adsense myth!
You need to post the url for people to review the site, otherwise it's a bit like asking on here why your car's broken down. You'd not expect to get a meaningful answer without people knowing more.
