Hello Everybody! I want to make sure that my account will not be disabled. My account is a new one and so far I have not started to market my content oriented and affiliate sites. So at present my clicks is Zero. Now I got Some Credit from MSN adCenter and am planning to use that to market my sites. But that coupon expires on january so I need to use that before that expires. The problem is if I use that entire coupon before that then I might get a lot of clicks for my adsense. But after that coupon expires and I chose not to continue with PPC Marketing then my traffic would also reduce dramatically so that the number of clicks will also decrease. Also Will they disable account if my CTR is more say 20 to 30% So Will my account be disabled in that case as the traffic is not uniform?
You won't have a problem if your traffic is not uniform. Why would your AdSense CTR change because of that, though? Your total number of clicks may change, but your CTR will likely remain the same.
Sorry that was a different question.. I will change the lay out to get the maximum CTR so in case it is above 20% then is that a problem?
As long as your site is complied with AdSense policies, you need not worry about that. No, I dont think so. No, I dont think so.
Hi I have done that Now I got $39 from around 600 clicks at the click rate of 47% Is that Ok? I have sent an email to their support just waiting for their reply..
lol dude , this is too much .. only a CTR of below 8-10 % is safe . Google support will tell you they have no prob with 47 % but when they ban you , you wont be able to argue with them , so play it safe , do not be greedy.
Hi, Then what am supposed to do now? Should I reduce the CTR by reducing the number of ad units and by placing more other links in the landing page?
Well thats my opinion and my experience with adsense , you can disagree with me . But i will advice not to increase 20 % CTR . No try to put more content .
as long your traffic is natural and your website is not breaking any guidelines of adsense there is no problem.
I know that I get more money if the CTR is large but I dont think that its safe a CTR of over 50% I have submitted my URLs to Google for a manuall review so I want to make sure that my site complies with their terms.
i wasn't offending you man by any mean - but it's just strange and funny to see people complaining about high CRT while others complain about low CTR good for you having a review from them with your ad placement - safe way
