You can repply as much as you want but even if your site is perfectly ok waiting time can be up to a month. Try posting in the adsense help forum and if you're lucky an Adsense Pro will look at it.

 

So you can guarantee an account can you? and just how fast will that account last for before getting banned. Legally you can't buy and sell adsense accounts so do not waste your money.
If adsense has turned your site down once you would be far better off reading the TOS again and then re-applying with a new site. Once a site is turned down they rarely approve it on the second or third time....

 

a month huh? i got 3 accs with 3 diffrent names and adresses and each acc got approved in less than 48 hours.

 

You can reapply as many times you want, and for me it took 24 hours.

 

If you got any reason for disapproval then try to solve that problem and then retry again.

i beleive if u just started of ur site u need to have some denct lokks and some content already published b4 u apply to adsense,,,,,, do that and apply again

Improve the content and images(if any) in your bolg or website and follow the tems & conditions of google adsense. Apply again you will get this time.

Considering that method involves copyright infringment, I'd stay away from it.
