    i have two sites, example1.com and example2.com
    both have a back link from example3.com
    when i try link:example1.com , example3.com is in the resault
    but when i try link:example2.com , is not .

    why

    no worries

    as long as your three sites all indxed by Google
    their all backlinks from these three sites shall be all recoded in Google DB

    G just does want to shall them all.
    Some say G try to against backlink farms scripts.

    So all you need to do is to check if they are indexed or not
    and
    check robots
    check meta tags
    check href tags
    check caches

    or use yahoo.com check backlinks

    Do a quick check with yahoo site explorer, that would be way more representative.

    Thanks for all your answers . I do use GWT and yahoo site explorer sometime , the resaults are quite different . I wondering which is better
