Ability to see subpage links in google

    Hi all,

    I was told by an seo firm that special coding is required in order for google to show your sublinks under your homepage when searching.

    For example the links like gmail, etc in this search:

    http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y92/ddzc/goog.jpg

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Name and shame that seo firm - they are frauds, liars and crooks.
    They are called sitelinks - Google generates them spontaneously when your site has been around for a bit, and has sufficient pages, and clear enough navigation, to justify them
    No coding involved, special or otherwise

    This is called "Google Sitelinks" and it has nothing to do with the coding things mentioned by your SEO firm. You would have Google Sitelinks status if your site has some of these criterias enough.

    1. Domain Age

    2. Quality on each inbound links / Related theme inbound link / Inbound link from some authorize source (ex. cnn.com)

    3. Good internal linking structure with deep links to inner page.

    4. High CTR from search results in relative keywords, mean your page has some relevance and important to get those clicks.
