I think he has a few other guys on here that are in cahoots with him. I remember he told potential customers to get testomonials from several guys on DP regarding the blog packages he was offering. Get a life dude. People on here work hard to make an income from the online world; some do well but many others fail. And then there are guys like you who leech off other people, shattering many of their dreams in the process. You must hacve scammed thousands and thousand of dollars.

My guess is that he initially did tiny jobs for people to boost his repuatation so that people would take him as a repuatable member of the forum. This then allowed him to carry out the fraud because people took him to be someone who was genuine with good reputation. As I say, I think he also has a few people here in cahoots with him.

Also he hang around in the forum giving good advice so people gave him green. That was before he started his crime wave, of course.

This is more of a consumer affair and police may not be able to do much.

In such cases, one will have to find a good lawyer and go to the court.

He was on my blog today reading an article I wrote about him over at HickTownPress. He is around. He will re-emerge and lie that he has been in the hospital with depression (or some other sob story). The guy is simply a professional scam artist.

I reported him to PayPal today. Others need also to report him. It's the ONLY hope to shut him down.

Well, you'll all get a charge out of this March 28th email I received from Abhishek Tripathi - needless to say, he didn't come through with the partial refund. I was so embarrassed after he ripped me off (it took me months to be able to write this post), sorry to say that I actually feel a bit better knowing the sheer volume of people that he stole from.

    Hi,

I know you probably hate me. And I don't blame you one bit for it.

I used to be a guy who used to spend thousands literally on websites. A well respected person on DP and hence the folks there trusted me with their money. But things changes a bit too fast for me. I have somehow managed to arrange about $250 by this Monday which I will have sent through a friend.

The rest, I can repay in work. I can work tirelessly on your blog for as much as 6 months. Doing anything required on the blog. Can work overtime for your project. I fail to provide work once and I will be a scammer in my own eyes.

Let me know if it suits you.

    Am sorry once again.

    Abhishek

It's not really helpful in a constructive way to talk and not act.

I filed a report with PayPal and so did another person who contacted me. We are not going to get our money back from this scam artist. However, let's do our part.

Please, everyone----thus far two of us have reported him to PayPal. Everyone else also needs to take the 5 minutes or less that is required to report this horrible monster. Otherwise, he will continue playing his games.

By the way, he sent me the same email that he sent to Esbdmb. The guy is a sociopath.

    getjimmy,

    No I didn't get a refund or even a follow-up email.

    Lennie,
I reported him also - he's out of funds. I'm not too impressed with how PayPal handled the situation.

    Esbdmb,

My goal is simply to get him shut down by PayPal so that he can no longer use it to scam others. We are not getting our money back by this sociopath but if enough people report him, that will ensure at a minimum that this criminal will not be able to hurt others.

    Lennie,

Won't it just ensure that the ID he was using won't be able to hurt others. I've had several calls with PayPal and that's what they lead me to believe - although they said that they would monitor his activities too (whatever that means).

Hopefully they will be able to shut him completely down, given the number of people who have identified and called him out as the criminal that he is.

I'm presently doing another write up on him on my blog at HickTownPress---which, ironically he designed for me!
