    This site has just been sitting here for the past year collecting dust. Anyone who wants to take on an easy challenge at a good price with a decent ROI should jump on this.

    I have been having this website for a while now. I have never monetized, promoted, advertised or anything else to it. It was a project that I was working on a while back, but had other issues that came up and I neglected the site. All traffic it receives is through searches. It averages about 100 uniques / day. It is still being indexed by Google, Yahoo and MSN.

    The site has not been monetized, but does have excellent potential if the new owner takes the time to develop the site.

    As a potential buyer you will receive everything that you see. Design, scripts that run the site, database with lyrics, images, etc... I do have a lyrics database that has 100,000's of lyrics from today's most popular artists.

    Site is VERY EASY to maintain and update. Can be updated with only a few minutes / week. The site HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED in a while, but the new buyer can put a little time into it and it can be completely updated within a few hours.

    Buyer will receive detailed instructions on how to update site.

    Yes I did say ABANDONED, as it has been neglected for quite some time now. Trying to graduate man and no longer have time for my internet activities.
    As I told someone via PM.

    I have yet to set one, but please take in mind the site is 100% custom; from the backend scripts to the design. This isn't any regular turn of the mill site.

    Questions:

    1) You stated the site would provide 'a decent ROI'. Can you give me an idea of what the ROI would be?
    2) Why have you not monetized it?
    3) What's the best way to monetize it?
    4) What kind of return monthly would one expect with the current traffic and state of the site?
    5) What language is the script written in?
    6) Do you have traffic screens/proof?
