    kkibak offered a price, i accepted, then next day declined! never again will i deal with him!!!

    anyway, the site is back up for sale now. i need money bad so I will drop bin to $550! couple months of rev is parked at a nice site.

    hurry since this price wont last long, i need money bad soon, if i dont sell this until then, ill just hold on to this then. offers or bids above $400 only though. thanks.
