Just remember, shocker = very bad Generally, domains with hyphens aren't worth much if your are just valuing the domain, even with good keywords. Even moreso with domains including numbers. You use hyphens for SEO reasons, which is not the case with this example. Hope this helps.
Hmm. Interesting, I didn't know that. I had thought that hyphens were essentially a non-issue, so the SE's essentially read "a1outdoors.com". The keyword is bad, because it is so generic?
That's exactly the point mate, who is searching for "a1 outdoors"? Use of "A1" in domains is for brandability reasons, in which case you don't want a hyphen.
If it's just the domain name, I'm afraid I have to agree: typically, two things really devalue a .com -- numbers or hyphens. Having both together, even if they are combined with a keyword, makes the domain virtually worthless in the resale market.
