Is it possible to ask Google to add more interactive tools.
I mean that Google should enable the site owners
    to pass info interactively.
For example, like the file SITEMAP.TXT .

There are giving away tools to make a sitemap, so there are no much point in some kind of SITEMAP.TXT

If you want Google or any other big company to improve their service/product in some way, then one thing you can do is blog about it. If it is a good idea then other bloggers will pick it up and blog about it. Once there is a bit of Buzz happening then don't be surprised if Google starts implementing some or all of the suggestions. Of course, it would have to be some very good ideas and you might need the support of some of the bigger bloggers but I bet it can happen.

I agree with you, Mr. trafficnotice.
I'm sure that this good Google-engine can do great improvements.
And this can be done with a couple of $$$.
Google is based basically on his algorythms.
And I propose to use also the real feedback,
which will be passed by the site owners.
