A wierd error i get when i run my asp file

    Hello all.
    im new to this place and i was wondering if you could help me to sort a problem of mine, the truth is that I am also new to ASP and its wide range of errors. In the recent days I have searched the web and some textbooks for the answer to this error but all was futile. as I even resorted to just plain coping from the book it still spit at me with an evil glance with the same error.

    Error Type:
    Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01F9)
    Invalid or unqualified reference

    In fact this is a very simple code but it broke my spirit.
    please if you have any suggestions on how to fix this minor bug or just comments on how to make it better, your welcome :p

    I see a typo in your insert statement, '"&fisrt_n&"', should be first

    Thank you for pointing that out it would have taken me a lot to figure it out later but the problem is in line 5 is doesnt seem like there is something wrong there but the explorer knows better.

    HTML:
    it doesnt seem like to be any sort of problems here I have kept it to the simplest and I have copy-pasted all the fields name. im using Windown XP Pro SP2 I have IIS installed and I have made a new database in the following place C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Anime_Chaos\database\data.MDB using ODBC
