I don't get this directory thing too well I guess you just opened it - your PR is 0 and you charge 10.99 for a link ? Why is that - I don't want to bash you or anything just curious why would I pay 11 for a link there.

 

Your design is much better than the other directories I have seen around. However, I dont see many links and the PR is not good either. I agree with crzygirl why would one pay $11 for a link?

I suggest that you allow some free links and get the directory populated and as it becomes popular people will be more than willing to pay for good PR. just my 2 cents

 

It's his or her directory let him decides how he would run it maybe?I'm sure that it makes alot of sense to lower or to accept free links or as how we would like to say it "Seed it first. You must seed before it becomes a plant, then watch it BLOOM!"

First of all, thank you for your great comments about the layout, we get great comments about it , and we thanks to our great designer . 1234directory.com was built in order to export lots of information in one place. Our directory was launched just 2 weeks ago and we are located quit high on Yahoo! at "softwares directory" and "URL open directory" and many others terms , in about few weeks we are going to have over 500,000 categories on 20 languages , so actually we are keep building it . Yes our PR is a dam 0 but we are just 2 weeks online with alexa traffic rank of 300,000 3 months average and 90,000 daily averages with hundreds of visitors per day, we even get nice amount of submission, even thought we didn't expect it on such initial phase. We are building now our Forum which is going to be quit wide so in addition to the forum building we are looking for moderators, if anyone want to suggest himself, please contact us at our contact us form
