Buying A website making ~$10 a day [organic traffic|steady flow|non-fad] $1,500 budget

I'm looking to purchase a site making in the range of $10 a day through Adsense/Amazon. 90%+ of the sites traffic must come organically from Google. The site must be well established and be older than six months. No directory/ppc/spammy sites. I am a serious buyer and willing to make an offer for a site I deem fit. All SEO methods must be white-hat.

NHF mate but go and save a little more money, then come back. I rarely see "serious" buyers willing to pay only 5x and expecting "serious" sites.
