    Why are you selling this site?

    It has several years old domain name. A few months ago I started publishing health services related content on it. I planned to develop it further but I don't have time to grow it.

    It's not monetized currently. It has articles published with on-page SEO done.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?

    Currently it is not monetized and is not making income. There is nothing to manage, unless you plan to grow it.

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    There is almost no traffic visiting the website and there was no off-page promotion done.
