I want to create several website about some spesific topics, and they will have some articles.
I do not know any code language like html, php etc.I just have a good experience with blogger.
Firstly, I thought I should use wordpress but after I heard wordpress, joomla, blogger etc. blogs must be updated everyday, in the other situations it can't have a good rank on google. But we with regard to normal websites they do not have to be up to date. And ready blog templates seem copy design for google.

Now, I want to create a simple website, what is my best choices. Can I make my own simple template with using some easy tools or I should use wordpress. I don't want to spend money just for beggining and want to make sth. myself if it is possible.

It's my first message because I've new learned English.:) I don't know it is enough or bad.:) Thanks a lot already now.:)

Wordpress probably is your best choice.
You don't have to update it everyday - it's your site, add to it when you want to.

I agree, Wordpress is the best. Use the pages, not posts, to make your site.

I wouldn't say that blogs have to be updated every day... blogs only need fresh unique content at the beginning of their cycle. If you have a year old blog it doesnt necessarily need new content regularly. You can rank well in google using blogs just as you can for any other CMS or website so i see no reason why you would not want to practice some SEO/article/indexing skills on a CMS as a beginner. That said, you can create simple websites if you wish, but the best practice would be to learn some very easy web languages such as html and css. If you do not want to learn them however, then you wont be able to get anywhere quickly trying to design your own template thats for sure. I regret saying this because i advise against it, but you can ofcourse resort to WYSIWYGS such as microsoft frontpage.

p.s. your english is not too bad, but keep at it!

    Yes, use WordPress.
I would also suggest that you use a domain with a pagerank.

And google doesn't care about duplicate designs - only about duplicate content. So you can use a free template for your WP without worrying too much. Of course if you want to be somewhat unique, you'd be better with a custom design..

Everyone has said wordpress and I agree with them. I am brand new to having my own site and wordpress is easy to use and work with. I would have been lost without it I think.
