A website offers review program to me. They promise ten dollar for one pagerank blog. I should write 300 words review for the website. They also ask my IP website. Is it harm to tell our IP website?
You likely don't have a dedicated ip address, of so that may or may not be a problem. Either way there is no risk to telling someone the IP address of a website.
To be honest, I do not know my IP website. THe website ask me to put my blog's URL to a site and get the IP website.
Anyone can easily find out the IP address of your website, so there is no harm in giving it out. Just use this tool to find out the IP address of your website.
They are asking for your website IP address... probably to ascertain that the review for their websites would be coming from other locations and not their own! It is fairly easy for people to know IP address of any website... and hence giving it away is no big deal! Regards, RightMan
Hi, I also want to know 1 thing, Why Ip address is needed? Is it used when we need to promote a country domain?
