A way to mediate negative feedbacks off your iTrader?

There needs to be a way to mediate negative feedbacks left on legit people's iTrader scores. I have two negative feedbacks - one from a long time ago over a misunderstanding (and the rep. points that I received from people suggested that they sided with me), and one from just now, from an @##hole seller who has terrible business manners and apparently can't read english. He claims that I retracted a bid on an auction when I never, in fact, PLACED a bid - simply said that I might be bidding if I'm interested after getting more info from the seller. The seller never provided that information, thus I never bid; he assumed that I did, so when I clarified that I haven't, I got blasted with a negative feedback. This seller has no experience on DP, with 0 iTrader points.

Things like these probably don't only happen to me. I'm sure there have been unjust iTrader feedbacks left before.

I am interested in getting the latest negative response about my reputation removed, as I am planning to sell some sites soon and this will not stack up well for me.

Is there a formal process to go through to mediate these things?
